Unpack the character, majesty, and perfect unity of the triune God by looking at the evidence of the Father's design in creation and His deep love for humanity. You will also examine the absolute deity and uniqueness of Jesus the Son—focusing on His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death, and resurrection.

Do I have to attend Chapel Falls Christian Fellowship to take the class?
Absolutely not! This class is open to anyone who wants to take it, regardless of church affiliation or denomination.
Who is this class made for?
This class is made for anyone who wants to take it! For new believers, it will provide you with a solid biblical foundation in the faith. For seasoned Christians, it will reinforce the fundamental tenants of the faith and help you understand why you believe what you believe.
I am completely new to Christianity and don't know much about the Bible. Will I feel lost?
Not at all—in fact, this course is designed with you in mind! The course highlights all the foundational aspects of Christianity, explaining terms clearly and providing the exact scripture verses so you don't have to worry about getting lost.
Should I take the class in-person or online?
If possible, we would encourage anyone interested in taking Discipleship Class to do so in-person at the church! It's a great opportunity to not only learn more about the Christian faith, but to build community with a body of like-minded believers. However, if you are not able to attend the church to take the class in-person, then taking the course online is a great option!
Do I need to take Discipleship Class in-person in order to serve at Chapel Falls Christian Fellowship?
Yes, anyone who wants to serve at Chapel Falls Christian Fellowship must participate in at least three in-person Discussion Groups. While the entire course is online, we believe it is vitally important for those that will be serving at the church to be in fellowship with their brothers and sisters in Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Taking the Course
How long will the course take me to complete?
Each video lecture is between 50-60 minutes and is accompanied by two note sheets and a quiz. You can expect the full course (all videos, note sheets, and quizzes) to take somewhere around 8 hours. However, the course is completely self-paced, meaning you can go through the content as quickly (or as slowly) as you want. We recommend going at a pace that allows you to retain as much of the material as possible.
Do I need to finish the whole course?
No. You can choose to consume as much or as little of the content as you'd like.
Do I need to complete the sessions in order?
Not necessarily, as all sessions are freely accessible from the very beginning. However, we've structured the course to logically progress with the content, so if you plan on engaging with all of it, we recommend starting from Session 1.
What are the quizzes like?
Each quiz contains 10 multiple choice and true/false questions relating to the session. Quizzes are graded automatically upon completion—you'll immediately be able to see your score and receive feedback. You can go back and edit your answers at any time after finishing the quiz, and you may use your notes while answering the questions.
Do I have to take the quizzes?
If you are going through the course simply for the content, the quizzes are completely optional. However, if you are taking this course to fulfill the discipleship class requirement for serving in ministry at Chapel Falls Christian Fellowship, you are required to take the quiz and pass with a score of 80% or higher.
Can I take the course from a mobile device (e.g. smartphone, tablet)?
Yes; however, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for the best experience.
Materials and Cost
How much does the class cost?
The class is 100% free! We want it to be a resource for anyone who desires to grow deeper in their walk with the Lord.
Do I need to buy a physical copy of the workbook?
All of the material for the class is hosted on Google Classroom—including note sheets that contain fill-in-the-blank verses—so you don't need anything besides a computer and an internet connection to access all of the material. However, if you would prefer to follow along with a physical copy of the workbook and you cannot pick one up in-person at the church, you can purchase one by clicking here, and we'll ship it to you.
What Bible translation should I use?
The Believer Plugged In workbook uses the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible, which is also the translation we use in the video lectures and quizzes. Accordingly, we recommend sticking with the NKJV to make it easier to follow along with the course material.
